Q: Do Extra windows offer finance or interest free Finance?

Yes. Extra windows offer a flexible low rate finance deal (subject to status). Every so often we do offer interest free finance or buy now pay later schemes.

Q: What are Extra Windows APR rates for Home improvement Finance?

The Finance deals offered may vary depending on the size of your order. Ask your extra sales representative for details of our best current finance offer.

Q: Can I pay by Credit or debit card?

Yes. Extra windows are happy to take credit card. Please be aware some cards are subject to a surcharge.

Q: Are Extra windows Insurance backed?

Yes. We are proud to be a founder member of the DGCOS (Double glazing & conservatory Ombudsmen scheme) which protects all of Our customers before, during and after their installation.

Q: Will Extra windows match another quotation from a rival or competitor?

Yes. If the rival company is offering a comparable (or similar) product we will take a look for you and promise to do our best to beat it by at least £50.

Q: Can I get a price via email or over the phone?

Q: Do I get anything when I recommend you?

Q: What is the minimum order value?

£400 is our minimum order value when installing windows & doors.

Q: Why do we recommend both partners have to be there at a quotation?

Choosing your home improvement can be a very important decision and we find its one most partners or couples want to be involved in together. There are many elements to discuss including appearance, colour, style, specification and of course price. In order to give you the most competitive deal we need answers to all of those questions. This will help us give you an accurate price and not have to come back thus keeping our costs as low as possible.

Q: Do you do repairs on other company’s products?

Our installers are experts in their fields and they can normally mend or fix most of our rival’s broken or malfunctioned products. If the competitor’s product is not fixable of course we will be happy to quote to replace it.

Q. Will you do supply only or offer trade deals?

Q: How long should I expect to wait between placing my order and actual installation?

Our factory can actually turn windows & doors around very quickly if needed BUT we recommend our sales team to anticipate  a 4 to 6 week turnaround. Please let us know if you need it faster or if you wish to delay your installation.

Q: Are your fitters trained?

All of the extra windows professional installers are trained to an NVQ level.

Q: Do you undertake planning if required on my conservatory?

Yes. Extra windows surveyors draw up the plans and submit them to the local council on your behalf. Just sit back and relax you’re in safe hands.

Q: Does extra windows have a quality control regime?

Yes. Every customer is invited to fill in our satisfaction survey upon completion to comment on our service and communication.
